I have the following if formula below which returns #value

Code:
 =IF(B3="","",B3*100/Vat_15Percent/100),IF(C3<>"",C3*100/Vat_15Percent/100)

Cell B3 or Cell C3 will either contain a value

It would be appreciated if someone could kindly assist me

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Try this

Excel Formula:
=IFS(B3="","",B3<>"",B3*100/Vat_15Percent/100,C3="","",C3<>"",C3*100/Vat_15Percent/100)
