Look Up Function to Return Value based on Horizontal/Vertical/Merged Cells

Hi forum,

First post here so appreciate any support.

I have the following data:

C3:I3 is merged, month is in 01/01/21 format, just custom display.

The formula I need is:
1634248940096.png

As you can see, the common variables are the numbers 1-5, the site, and the date.

I need a formula from C3 to G13 to return the corresponding number based on the 3 variables.

I figured it can be done with some kind of index match or sum ifs, but the merged cell is also giving me headaches.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
I beleieve you will have to get rid of the merged cells first....Merged cells will give you more than headaches, they are a nightmare.
Have you considered using a pivot table to extract your data. But we can't do much with screenshots.
Can you either use the XL2BB (see my tag) download to privde a usuable sample OR upload the wrksheet to a hosting site, DropBox for example, then post the link to that file back here
