Does anyone know a way to do the following:

I want to enter a formula in G20 that will find the value in A20 then lookup (Always Up) until it finds a value in column A that matches A20, I then want it to go 7 columns to the right from the point where it finds the matching value, And give me the value in that field.

Is it even possible.

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
I forgot to add that the lookup would be on a different worksheet tab. I am testing what you sent now.

Thank you for your quick response!!!!!
