look up querie null or between

Hello all and thanks for looking what have is a queries that does a look up between to cells with dates and that works great but I would like it to look up the dates if there if the cells are null then I want it to look up all records in the table Between [Forms]![Work Order]![Text99] And [Forms]![Work Order]![Text101] this is my between statement thank you for any and all help

This is confusing. Can you describe this better? Perhaps give sample data and hoped for results, as well as any query or function you have tried so far.
