look up two cells and if match copy and paste another cell with various criteria

Hi All,
Hoping someone can help.
I have a cell (C8) where i want it to check C4 and C6 for different criteria and return a different cell.
If C4 and C6 both say "yes" then i want C8 to return the data whats in cell S2
If C4 states "yes" and C6 states "false" i want C8 to return the data whats in cell R2
If C4 states "False" i want C8 to return the data whats in cell T8.

I can just about get the first bit to work but im totally stumped.

Any help would be appreciated

=IF(AND(C4="Yes",C6="Yes"),S2,IF(AND(C4="yes",C6="false"),R2,IF(C4="false",T8,"")))
