Hello everyone,

I need help developing a formula that will look up a value based on the age in column A and also the plan types in row 2. For instance, if someone is part of the $2000 Passport in B2 and is age 40 like in A26.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Try:

=INDEX($B$3:$E$28,MATCH(19,$A$3:$A$28,0),MATCH("$2000 E/E",$B$2:$E$2,0))

Change the values in red to match the age and type. Of course you can use cell references too. Change the range references to match your sheet, I suspect the table goes down several more rows.

Hope this helps.
