I want to input Gender, ft, in, weight as in above and in cell J3 I want it look in the cells to the left and display either:

What if F2, G2 and H2 are as in your example, and I2 is something other than 132 or 152?

yes there will be more columns and M but I just wanted to see how I would go about to match the 4 sets of data to get the desired match of preferred in this case

This might work -

1. In column E, if you concatenate the data values from columns A&B&C&D for all the records;

2. Use the same logic on column J. This should provide you with a lookup key that is unique within the data set.

I don't believe I like to do that. If I am understanding you correctly use a value in in column E so it has a unique identifier?

This might work -
