Looking for a pattern within numbers

First and foremost i am a newbie. I mean, I just did take my diapers off. I know quite a bot about using excel but nothing about writing code . I was wondering if it is possible to track numbers and put out a pattern OR at least a quantity of how many of one number groups are displayed. Here is an an example of what I am trying to do

ooeooeI want to be able to put in a counter number and it place the calculations in the cells automatically
Example : 2E is counter 4357
