I am working for someone that loves Power Point so please help me.
He has built display of going across the is months. Below are blocks with a little bit of text stacked. I am looking for a way to take a row of infromation and build these blocks and display them under the right month based on a column in that row.

The infromation is in Excel right now but I am not tied to it. I know thre are a lot of smart people out there. COGNOS is one answer and Tableau is another. Both have costs but the cost that is hurting is the viewer caost. Looking for others.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
It is difficult to fully understand what you require from your narrative without seeing supporting detail.
Please provide
- some typical sample Excel data
- an image showing what is expected to appear in powerpoint.
