Hi, I am looking for a formula that can calculate a date based on when a certain group of people earn an additional week of vacation. In particular, when they earn their 3rd, 4th and 5th weeks of vacation. I only need to know the formula for 3rd week because once I know that, then I will know how to do the 4th and 5th. This group earns a 3rd week of vacation the next January after they hit their 5 year anniversary(dumb I know) So one person for example hits 5 years on April 12, 2020 but will not get their 3rd week of vacation until January 1, 2021. What kind of formula can I use that can accurately capture January 1st of any year in this scenario? I feel like it would be an Edate formula combined with some other type of formula but I am not positive. Thanks for any help.

Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
EDIT: nevermind I figured it out:
=date(year(A3)+6,1,1)
