I've built a task tracker in Excel 2010 for work items assigned to employees at my business. One of the columns states the date that a task was requested and, after a period of 2 days, I have the cell turn red and bold the text to indicate that the task has aged past two days (our turn-time expectation for tasks). The formula being used is under conditional formatting and states, "Format only cells with Cell Value Less Than =TODAY()-2." This is working in conjunction with a conditional format that directs the cell to remain blank if no data is entered.

I would like for the "Format only cells with Cell Value Less Than =TODAY()-2" to exclude weekend days since those days are not counted against the employees when tracking turn-time expectations.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much.
