Looking for PDF Mail Merge With Excel as Database

hi all..
How to find tool or tricks or software or anything with PDF file can mail merged with Excel as Data with simple methods
Somebody maybe give me some tricks or information about this.

You want to take Excel data and mail merge it into PDF file?
(cant do it the other way)

then use word to start your merge wizard, select the excel data as source.
export to PDF.

thank for your suggestion..
my pdf is certificate paper (made in with adobe/graphic )...i want to insert "name" into certificate it with list name as excel format.
i think mail merge can one of solution to solve it..
if i convert pdf file to ms word is not look good cause is graphic.
