Looking for Pivot Table Help

I've made pivot Tables before but this one has me stumped.
If you can and wish to help me please e-mail <les@corporategrip.com> and I'll get right back to you. I use a program called "GoToMeeting" that wil allow you onto my screen (at no cost to you) and I'll make the phonecall to you at your convenience and hopefully solve my problem in minutes.
I'm currently going on an errand and will get the message on my Blackberry and answer you immediately.

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
