Book1: includes a list of all employees in the company. (divisionName; employee ID; employee name; salary; job title)

Book2: I want to pull only the employees in division "A". I want to pull all records matching "Division A" and I want to pull the entire row not jus one of the column.

Thanks

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
I prefer not using a pivot table because I will add multiple users adding data to employee list in Book2.

I will have a excel file for each division and I have about 30 divisions so I don't want to have to go in each file to select the right filter. I want the employee list to populate based on one field that will contain the division name.
