I have 2 Spreadsheets. I want to copy the value from 1 cell into another sheet but I have multiple lines with the data in 1 sheet but only 1 line of the same data in another in another. Sheets below:

BP²I Assets

So I want to replace L2:L7 in the Master Asset File with I2 from Purch Orders. The PO NO (4) is a common denominator but I could have more than 1 desc with the same PO. So I need to look at the PO No and match the Text Col in Master Asset File with Part No & Details from the onther sheet.

Any ideas..??????

MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Hi,

Good advise!
Make your question simple. Give only nessesery details, or make a simple model similar to your heavy data. This will make it possible to answer your questin.
