I am trying to copy my =lookup formula but it changes the values
=LOOKUP(G4,'Male Factor'!I4:I27,'Male Factor'!J4:J27)
I need G4 to change by +1 but the vectors to stay the same.
any help would be greatly Appreciated

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
If i understood you correct then all you had to do is make male factor constant by entering $. (see below)

=LOOKUP(G4,'Male Factor'!$I$4:$I$27,'Male Factor'!$J$4:$J$27)
