lookup data from different sheet based on matching data from to same row

I have included a link to a file that has two sheets, Sales & OrderStatus. I need to lookup data from Sales to OrderStatus and put the relevant data all on one row. I have tried Index & Match but it only tells me the first occurrence and i need to look up multiple transaction from the Sales worksheet based on the same order # (see attached file). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to change the lay-out of the output page... and adapt from post #3 in:

Thanx for the quick reply. I was really hoping that I wouldn't have to change the layout. I am wondering if there is a way to lookup by matching exactly the Order# and the Transaction Type as the two lookup criteria.
