Lookup Dillema

Hi All,

I am trying to do a lookup where the column I want returned is to the left of the column that I am looking down. Normally I would have resolved this by using a combination of match, address and indirect. Problem is that I am trying to look up these values on another worksheet, therefore the address that is returned refers to the current sheet, therefore the indirect wont work.

Any help with looking into a column to the left of the column which contains the value you are looking up, where the columns being looked at are on a different worksheet?

Have you tried a combination of INDEX and MATCH?
