Lookup First "Smaller-Than" Value Within a Specified Date Range and Return the Value and the Date the Value Occurs

Hello,

I have been facing a "lookup" problem for most of the day today. I have tried vlookup and index-match, however I am unable to return the resulting values that I am looking for. Thank you in advance for your assistance.



In short, I am trying to do accomplish two things. These two things align with the two highlighted cells in the picture above.
1. Cell G1 - Identify (and return) the first Price below the Break Price within the specified Range
2. Cell H1 - Identify (and return) the corresponding date for this value

In the complete data set that I am working with, I am dealing with dates and times (combined), however I decided to simply for the above example.

Most of my attempts ended with the lowest value for the whole set (col A) being returned.
