How can I make my lookup formula return a zero or blank if it can't find my reference in the lookup range. Right now, it's returning the last value in the lookup range when it can't find a the reference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.

Either add these missing values to your table or use an IF function to test your lookup_value.
