lookup formula problem

HI,

I'm using the lookup function. I've used it many time but for some reason it's not returning the right value for one entry, It's returning the value 4 rows down.

I tryed using Vlookup and getting the same value from 4 rows down.

I deas why this is happening

make sure your data is sorted Ascending.

If that doesn't help, you'll need to provide more info.

What is the exact formula you're using, and show a sample set of data.
