Lookup Formula

I need help with a formula, I'm not sure how to start...

In this example, I need a formula for Sheet 2 cell B1 that will look at the value in Sheet 2 Cell K1, find that value in Sheet 1 column a (whereever it may be) resulting in the value in sheet 1 column B (in the same row the value was found) in sheet 2 B1.

I hope I explained that well...here is a visual of a before and after look for sheet 2 B1

Thanks Mike. I read a little about VLOOKUP, but wasn't quite grasping it. Thanks for your help on this. I really appreciate it.
