Lookup Formula

Hi All,
I'm trying to use a lookup to compare match 3 different variables prior to returning a number.

For example:

I want it to cross reference a value in Cells A4, B4 & H5.

I normally use index and match with two match functions, but the inclusion of a 3rd variable seems to be causing the problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Can you please describe a bit more how your data is laid out; ie what is input, condition, and desired output?

Without knowing any specifications, you could try to use the CONCATENATE() function to combine two or more parameters into one. Just create a column in your source data with the concatenated parameters and refer to that with your lookup functions.

Just make sure to do a quick double-check for duplicate values in the concatenated column.
