LOOKUP help

=VLOOKUP(A71,A32:A43,B32:B43)

I was trying to have this formula look at text in A71,
find a match with it in range A32:A43,
return the text from the cell in the matched row in column B.

=VLOOKUP(A71,A$32:B$43,2,FALSE)

=LOOKUP(A71,A32:B43,B32:B43)
