I have used =LOOKUP(2,1/(ISNUMBER(AJ5:AJ10000)),AJ5:AJ7000) to find the last number in a column.

How do you look up the last word in a column. I have a column with 1000s of rows that either has Yes or No in Column AJ.

Is there a similar formula for words instead of numbers?

Thanks in advance!

Try changing ISNUMBER to ISTEXT.
