lookup to a cell containing a value

I have one tab with two columns. The first column lists multiple countries in each cell and the second column is the manager for those countries. So cell A1 might have five countries split by commas and column B1 will have the manager. Then cell A2 will have 3 countries with manager in B2, etc...

On another tab I have a column with one country per cell. Is there a way (without a macro) to look up the manager for each country without having to make any adjustments to the other tab? Something that says if the cell contains "XYZ" then give me next column?

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
