lookup value depending on multiple criteria

Dear excel wizards,

I have the following question:
In table A I want to look up which packaging belongs to which Product based on the table B (See tables below). The packaging depends on the weight of product.

Table A

Weight Product Name Packaging 0.022 Product A ? 26547 Product A ? 459 Product A ? 600 Product B ? <colgroup><col><col><col></colgroup><tbody> </tbody>

It gives back 2 incorrect values, could you please have a look at it:
