I'm wanting to lookup a value that could be in any column, and return the value to the right of it. Sort of like a VLookup, but over multiple columns. I would like to put a formula in the yellow cells that will look up the seat number in columns B,D, and F and return the person's name in the cell next to it. Thank you for any help!

Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
Excel Formula:
=VLOOKUP(I2,WRAPROWS(TOCOL($B$2:$G$3),2),2,0)
