Loop and delete row

How can i write a code that it will Loop through column A and search for the word, 'Win'. Once found, it will delete all the rows before?

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Sort by date Sort by votes
Is the word all alone in the cell, or is it part of a string? Could you give some samples if it is part of a string?
