I am looking for some assistance with some Excel VBA.

I have 2 sheets. One is called "Data" and the other is "Template". Data contains 3 columns with data which I will call "Name", "Email" , and "Phone Number" (starting in A2, B2, C2) which all correlate to a specific person which can go X number of rows. Currently there's 150 but I'll need the loop to stop once it hits a blank row (there will never be a missing data piece). What I need is to loop through each of these columns whether each row all at once or each column all at once, and paste each unique value into a different sheet called "Sheet". Sheet is 200 copies of the same template where each of the 3 items from the other sheet need filled in. The locations I need are A1 for Name, D1 for Email, and B3 for Phone Number. I'll then need to move onto the next page below it which is A15, D15 and B17, so adding 14 to each value.

Thanks for any assistance or if there's an easier way to do this without VBA.
