Loop file merging by file name

I have been copy pasting the data for awhile now and looking whether is there a faster way to do this.

Master File	Filtered File
California	California - Temporary
Connecticut	Connecticut - Temporary
Massachusetts	Massachusetts - Temporary
Nevada	Nevada - Temporary
New Jersey	New Jersey - Temporary
New York	New York - Temporary
Oregon	Oregon - Temporary
Washington	Washington - Temporary

* "Master File" & "Filtered File" list will expand.

I would like to have the Filtered File data starting from row 2 to the last row (data is dyanamic) and paste it into the Master File list at the bottom after the last row which has data.
Any help will be appreciated

Also I would like to have the filtered file to be deleted and copy pasting into the master file... if that's possible
