loop into new worksheet

Hi All,
Im looking to record a macro and then edit the code accordingly to try and get what I want as I am a beginner...

im looking to open a file in a loop and paste the some of the content in sheet 1 and then after 5 files have opened, paste the data in sheet 2.
can anyone help me with the loop and then after 5 file move to sheet 2?
