Loop through all worksheets in all sub-folders and enter name and number in A2 and B2 based on sheet name.

Please help !

I want the macro to go through all the files in a sub-folder and look-up the file names mention in the another excel sheet "Sample 1", and open and paste the "name" in "A2" and "no" in B2.
