Looping Excel Sheet

I have an worksheet where "Product Number" title repeats itself based on grouped data. In the next column, the actual product number is listed. I need to update the last column (R) with the product number corresponding with the rows of the "Task Id". For instance, in the attached image the first product number is "2a6x1-000". The corresponding "Task Id" fields (A12:A16) need to have the "2a6x1-000" value in (R12:R16). This document is downloaded for each person and can contain more/less rows per Product Name. Can you give me any suggestions?
