Looping Through a List of Cells & Tab Copy Help

Currently I have two tabs (List & Template)
List: From A1 to A500 I have a list of names
Template: I have an award template and in cell C5 I have a place for a name.

Basically what I would like to do is run a macro and have it copy the template on a new tab and input the name into cell C5 and do it again through the whole list.

Any idea?
