Lose of Workbook protection

I have developed an Excel workbook containing 27 sheet in Office 365 and protect all the sheets with different passwords. Also protect the structure with password. When this workbook opened on another PC in office 2007 then all the sheets lose their protection automatically. This is why? How can I solve this problem
