Maccro to insert rows for missing numbers?

HI Everyone,

OK so column A is supposed to be a list of numbers 1 to 7 repeated over and over
so: "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7, and so on down column A

the problem is some of the numbers are missing for example
"1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,5,6,7,1,2,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,7," so I need a macro that can look down column A and if it finds a number missing insert a row and add the missing number,
I'm totally lost could really do with some help here.
