Macro allowing both column grouping and row hide/unhide functionality in a protected sheet

I've been struggling to find a macro code that allows both column grouping and row formatting (hide/unhide in my case) in a password protected sheet. The macros that I've used to allow column grouping work for that purpose, but then seem to disable the ability to allow row/column formatting when setting the protection settings (ie checking the boxes to "Allow all users of this worksheet to... Format columns, Format rows). I can get both to work at the same time through the combination of grouping macro code and adjusting the protection settings while the worksheet is open, but once I save and reopen the file only the grouping macro still works but not the formatting of rows/columns... I've tried some coding to attempt to get both to work simultaneously, but the below code still won't allow me to format rows/columns when I reopen the file. HELP!

Sub AllowGroupingFormating()
With Worksheets("sheet name")
Unprotect Password = "password"
Protect Password = "password", UserInterfaceOnly = True
EnableOutlining = True
AllowFormattingCells = True
AllowFormattingColumns = True
AllowFormattingRows = True
End With
End Sub
