Is it possible to have a button on the desktop which would open a msgbox & then two options.

Selecting one option to open this workbook selecting the other option would open a different workbook.

It is possible to have a
file or s
hortcut which, when you double click it, hides application and shows a userform only on opening event

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_Open()
[LEFT][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Droid Sans Mono][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Droid Sans Mono]Application[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Droid Sans Mono].[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Droid Sans Mono]Visible[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Droid Sans Mono] [/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=#000000][FONT=Droid Sans Mono]=False[/FONT][/COLOR][COLOR=#000080][FONT=Droid Sans Mono]
[/FONT][/COLOR][/FONT][/COLOR]

As suggested by Kamolga, you could have a file shortcut on the desktop that opens the workbooks.

Maybe have a vbscript shortcut clicking on which will prompt the user with the MsgBox .
