Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with 6 macro buttons assigned, but when i forward that spread to others , the macros are there but the buttons i created to link them does not appear for anyone else.......and they need to go in and create their own.

Same versions of excel 2002.

Any ideas on what to try?

Thanks.

yes show all is checked.

i sent it to my non work email , which runs no filtering, and they still didnt arrive.

Yes, all macros are available ,just trying to avoid 10 different recipients from having to create their own buttons.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks, Rich

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
If you have created custom buttons on a toolbar, you'd have to attach the toolbar to the workbook before sending the workbook. Menu command for this is Tools/Customize/Toolbars/Attach.

BUT, if you are going to be delivering the workbooks more than once, and you want the toolbars replaced on delivery, you are better off creating the toolbar on the fly within your macros.
