Macro by converting all the conditional formats to a VBA code

I have several conditional formats applied in my excel work book for various work sheets.
As this is becoming a performance issue need to apply all the conditional formats in a single button click at a time instead of after each cell change.
Please advice on how to implement a macro for this.
