Macro - change cell reference and repeat itself X times...

Hi,
I need som help writing a macro that should

a) change the cell referance in B1 from =A1 to =A2

...and then...

b) copy value in A2 to C2

The macro should repeat itself X number of times. How many depends of the value in cell D1.
