Macro code for download dates

Hi ,

I need help and I am really appreciate if somebody will help me .I work for law company as accountant and we have Excell file very big with all frims clients .I need a macro that downlaod datse in format 01/01/2011 in colum Q in this file until end of datas in column A .i KNOW that I need a loop to search throught column A and download dates until loop reach emty cells in column A .tHe dates are the same for column Q and if macro pormtes me dates as mesage box it woiud be nice.

not clear why loop?. you can highlight the range of dates and copy it any location.
clarify with a very small extract of your sheet and explain what you want.

Hi Venkat1926. The problem in new worksheet there is not date , I input dates myself . Once the worksheet is populated from db , I need to typed dates in column Q first row and copy-paste until data ends in column A and there are 10000-15000 rows . Of coures , I would like to have a macro that does it .
I AM TRYING TO programm it , so far no success .
I am new in VB . Really appreciate any help .

will it be possible to post a VERY VERY small extract of your data and explain clearly giving examples from the data . You can use fictitious data.
