Macro: Create textbox = Formula

Looking for a macro to insert a textbox with the textbox containing a formula rather then text.

Sub AddTextBox()
ActiveSheet.Shapes.AddTextBox(msoTextOrientationHorizontal, 2.5, 1.5, _
116, 145).Name = "Textbox1"
ActiveSheet.Shapes(1).Select
Selection.Formula = "=Manpower!R[3]C[1]"
End Sub

I tried this but I cant get the formula portion to work... I just want to insert a macro with that formula..... Any help would be great

So you want the actual formula to show in the textbox? Or the result of the formula?

I wanted the result but I figured it out. However I am now stuck on this one TextBox4.Value = Formula = "SUBTOTAL(109,Table10[Planned Hours Total])"
I need this textbox on a userform to display the result of this formula. Any help would be great
