I wrote a macro but i have a problem

WHAT I MUST TYPE IF I WANT TO MACRO BE ENABLED ONLY IN THE A COLUMN AND WHEN I GO TO B COLUMN TO DO SOMETHING ELSE

i click run button in the dialog box and i use and a hotkey too
