How can I accomplish exporting data from cells in my excel spreadsheet to loading fields in a web form? I definetely need to create a macro to perform this task. I have already created one to startup Internet Explorer and navigate to the desired hyperlink. However, once I am there. I want to populate the fields of the web form. I am inclined to think that it will require VBA programming or perhaps scripting. Any solutions or thoughts?

Sure it will need VBA and other tools as well.

Can you provide the URL to your page?

There are several ways to handle it. Sending HTTP requests directly to the server where the page originated (usually a better choice then using IE automation - See WinHttpRequest Object Reference on MSDN) or using the DOM (Document Object Model - See Dynamic HTML (DHTML) Object Model References at MSDN) with IE.

NOTE: You will need Win2k SP3> or WinXP SP1>

Below is a link to a book I created that gathers some data from overture.

Download example using the WinHttpRequest Object Model

Unfortunately, access to the URL address requires a userid and password. However, I was able to print to pdf the source of the page I would like to populate with data. If that would be helpful, I could provide.
