Hi Guys

I have built a spreadsheet that uses Macro's and pulls SQL data through from a Microsoft CRM system with ODBC links via sharepoint.

I have set it up to refresh on opening but I want other people to be able to use this. I've resolved most issues now but the only thing I'm struggling with is that Macro and Data Connections security. When a user opens the spreadsheet, they get the pop up bars at the top asking them if they want to enable macros and data connections. I know I can do this in the trust in centre so they don't get the pop ups but I want to be able to make these settings unique to the spreadsheet. In other words, I don't want them to have to enable this and that every time they open the sheet and I don't want to have to Enable all Macros and data connections on each users laptop as it's potentialy hazardous.

Any ideas?

Thanks again
Stu
