MACRO FOR CONVERTING COMMA TO DOT & SPACE TO COMMA

Please provide a macro for converting a comma ( , ) to dot( . ) and then again converting space ( ) to comma ( , ) in excel sheet.

The following formula does it:
=VALUE(SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE(C13," ","");",","."))
The formula produce a number. Commas will be then added by formatting.
