macro for pivoting

i have a data like this for forecast for different items

item Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4
---- -- -- -- --

X1 1000 0 0 5000
X2 500 400 300 100
X3 20 1000 100 90

now i want to know about a macro that can transform the data to this

item-> X1 X2 X3
------ --- --- ---
Q1

Q2

Q3

Q4

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

copy the data, go to another cell, go to paste special and check transpose and click ok
