Attached please a the data I get every month more or less. I don't want to build a pivottable manually anymore. Is there a macro that will spped up the process where people only to run the macro for Excel to build the table on its own once the recording is done?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
the pivottable should be set up this way:

department in column labels,
cost center row labels,
and count of employees

thanks
